Jo Mi Chi was founded by master stylist Mandi Black after years of working as an Advanced Level Davines educator. With this expertise, she has built a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about continuing their education and growth. Each stylist is an ever-advancing expert in their craft, so you can feel confident knowing your hair is in good hands, no matter which chair you sit in.

We keep our footprint low by recycling everything from used foils to excess hair color. Taking action and advocating for a global change requires aligning with like-minded individuals who care about addressing global challenges. That’s why we are a Davines-exclusive salon. The premium Italian haircare line leads the market in innovative technology and sustainability practices.

Locally and globally, we believe we have a responsibility to give back to our community. Through involvement with charities like Free Rain’s Shear Love, we help provide free beauty school education for at-risk women, equipping them with vocational knowledge, financial training, and personal development tools.
